~* Inspiration Clips *~ God Loves you

An Inspiring Story taken from Anthony Robbin, Unlimited Power.

The Colonel's Legacy
(Picture taken by sunshine at Batam,KFC)
Have you heard about the story of the Founder of Kentury Fried Chicken, Colonel Sanders? When he started, he was nothing but a retiree with a fried-chicken recipe. That all's. No organization. No nothing'. He has owned a little restaurant that was going broke because the main highway had been routed elsewhere. When he got his first social security check, he decided he could make some money selling his chicken recipe. His first idea was to sell the recipe to restaurant owners and have them to give them a percentage of proceeds.

He drove around the country, sleeping in his car, trying to find someone who would back him. He kept changing his ideas and knocking doors. He was rejected 1,009 times, and then something miraculous happened. Someone said, "Yes". The Colonel was in business.

How many of you have a recipe? How many of you have the physical power and charisma of a chunky old man in a white suit? Colonel Sanders made a fortune because he had the ability to take massive, determined action. He has the personal power necessary to produce the results he desired most. He had the ability to hear the word "no" a thousand times and still communicate to himself in a way that got him to knock on the next door, totally convinced that its could be the one where someone could say YES.

These Successful people was able to withstand all the rejection, and yet proceed with perseverance, due to their belief and never give up attitude.

As saying by Nick Vujicic from the clip, sometime in life, if you fail down, you feel that you have no strength to get back up. Do you have hope? If you fail many times, and give up, will you be able to get up again? If you fail, you will try again and again.. and again. That is not the end. Its will depend how you want it to be. Will you want to finish its strong? You will find the strength to get up one again.
Other Inspiration stories from Successful people, example like Steven Spielbery, Michael Jordan and Walt Disney, are able to see via this LINK.

Success Path consists of Hard work, Inventiveness, Resilience, Determination and Never-say-die Attitude.
Have a sense of urgency. And Never lets the fear be larger then your determination to success. God bless. =)

This is the only “Haunted House” attraction and it is massive, taking up most of the space in the Stage 28 building. The queue starts from Hollywood and goes backstage!

As victims step into the soundstage, they will be transported to the front yard of a dilapidated 19th-century Peranakan Mansion. The Mansion façade looks amazing – with a lot of texture and detail (not forgetting corpses scattered about) and sadly most people would just walk right in and not notice the props outside. But the rooms inside the mansion are just as detailed – down to things like tiled flooring commonly seen in actual Peranakan houses and the traditional family portraits. There is an astounding abundance of props and certainly a great amount of thought went into the scene design.

The first rooms are relatively “normal”, from a foyer/waiting room (with an altar) to a portrait room, a music room and then a library. Things seem normal until you reach the dining room…
Be alert because there are no “static” (aka fake) actors at all. And the larger rooms have as many as 6 scare actors. As you travel deep into the mansion, you would discover the more grotesque rooms – a balcony with hanging corpses (and one of which is actually a very talented scare actor – who would JUMP OFF the walls and right onto the ledge. It was unbelievable – I almost lost my balance here) and of course, the park did not leave out the chamber where you have to push through dangling bodies to escape…

There are also very strange rooms with occult artifacts and well, a “walk-in wardrobe” that puts you right in the most vulnerable position for scares – this Peranakan family definitely has skeletons (and several angry spirits) in their closet. There are several scenes that do not quite fit with the Peranakan theme, but they are staple rooms in typical Halloween Horror Nights scare houses in the US.

Also in the mix are rooms with unstable and squishy flooring, as well as several spots with very well-positioned motion-trigger props and sound effects. When I say very, my group activated the sound effect at the same spot (a falling grandfather clock) and we all just jumped and shouted at the SAME place. It just works. You can’t get anything better than that.

While it is not particularly dark, the scenes are lit with black lighting (purple UV lamps), casting a subtle, but eerie green glow, and it’s barely bright enough to navigate the cramped scenes. There are also a lot of overhead strobe lighting going on, as well as blinding lights to disorient you, and conceal scare actors! You definitely don’t want to step into the Mansion alone.

This scare house can get packed especially in the second half, which can ruin surprise scares – BUT this also means that you can be trapped in some scenes for some time and get repeatedly spooked by the actors. I would recommend hitting this scare zone as early as possible so that you can visit it again later. It can take from 7 to 15 minutes (if there are too many people inside) to walk through this scare house.

Dining Room
My Partner (Jonathen) and Aangel Tracy (Head on Table)

As a scare actor, my role was head of table. We were divided into two casts (Cast A & B). Each with rotating shifts of performance at 45min, 30mins, 45mins, 30mins (total: 4 sets). For our roles, we have to crawl (good exercise as I slim down alot during performances) to enter thru a mystery hole (a linkage hole under the table). For myself, I was doing more of pain expression, screaming, yelling, and asking public to save me / help me / rescue me etc, and both casts have scared people by moving the chair! HAHA.. Its so Fun!!

Second Cast - Cast B during the performance
There was two Cast (A & B) with total 4 sets of rotating shifts (45mins, 30mins, 45mins, 30mins)
