Miss Earth Singapore 2011 Audition

My first attempt to proceed my dream ~ in beauty pageant Audition.

To participate in any competition/Audition, self preparation of contest knowledge is deeply required. With this belief, I have browse thru the Miss Earth Singapore and the role (information) thru the following websites shown.

Beside proceeding on my Dreams, I always wish to extend my service to needy countries. After browsing thru the website, I'm pleasant to know my charity dream might come true. Mother Teresa, her love towards the poor and needy, has touched me deeply into my heart.

We were judged by our Catwalk and poses in Bikini, and how we protrude ourselves professionally. The next session, was the individual interviews with 3 judges (on which, one of them is a professional model). Questions on the Roles and commitment of Miss Earth Singapore, and how to help on Eco campaigns...

Ending my day ~ proceeding of Gym workout with my Gym instructor ~ Bruce. He is a professional Gym instructor (Bugis California Fitness) whom I highly recommend to all.

Leading Role (Foster Mother) = Aangel Tracy, Played as Clara
Leading Role (Foster Son) = Christopher, Played as Jeremy

Short Film ~ Story
Being left at the orphanage with a necklace, Jeremy is a young orphan boy who has been longing for his mother. Her sudden absence has caused him to build an invisible wall around himself, keeping others at a distance.

One day, a lady appears and is introduced to him as his new mother, Clara. However, his heart only has space for the one and only mother he knew. Like others, Clara is kept outside the invisible wall that Jeremy has created.

"ACCEPTANCE" is a story of how a young boy comes to realise one's affection as he slowly opens up his heart.

 Casting: Temasek Polytechnic 

Date: 24th Feb, 8pm

Being a freelance actress, I strongly believe every role is a given opportunity and learning process to develop oneself further into acting direction. With the determine to improve myself, after seeing the description stated at Mandy website, I have contacted Natassa directly, for the given opportunity to cast for Clara Role. On the very day, we have arranged to meet up at Temasek Polytechnic, that was when I have ought to know Natassa and Shereen Connelly, our young and Future Director/Producer.

My chosen Role ~ Clara, a role that required strong emotional feeling (crying required) and body language

With much discussion, testing on screen and scripts, the casting began. To play as Clara, I was being tested on my Acting skills (body languages), and expression. Although I am still in learning state in Acting, I have shown my professional by providing my best performance. During the play, I felt so strongly about Clara... her sadness after tons and tons of rejection from her foster son, my tears flowed naturally. This casting went successfully, with satisfaction.

And on the next day, I have received call that I'm being selected for Clara's role. So Happy! ^_^

This film will be played in two different location (orphanage and Home), with our beginning of screen at Condominium (Shereen's place), located somewhere at East Side..

Shooting on a screen, when Jeremy left his necklace behind accidentally, Clara chased after him, but ....

Beside this Screen, Clara has broke down several times... after tons of tons of rejection... that is when my feeling flows deeply for her love....

During a short break (while Christopher was filming away), I went for a stroll at Condo and was surprised to see a bread vending machine... ^_^

While the rest was busy preparing for next screen, we have proceed outdoor to continue our photo session for the final moment (the final moment for film) with Shereen.
